As a certified ISO consultant and lead auditor, I guide small and mid-sized businesses through the certification process — personally, pragmatically and without unnecessary overhead.

For you, that means I prepare your management system from an auditor's perspective. I know which evidence holds up in an audit, where certification bodies typically probe and how documentation must be built so it works day to day and remains defensible in certification.

I founded Sternberg Consulting because I want to share my experience from audits, management systems and certification projects directly with companies. My goal is to guide teams through ISO requirements in plain language and turn standard clauses into practical solutions for everyday work.

My approach: understand first, then advise. I take the time to truly understand your company — your processes, your structure, your goals. Only then do I develop a management system that fits you.

Based in Saxony, I work remote-first and serve clients across Germany. Every project is led personally by me — you always communicate directly with me, at every stage. For certification projects, I coordinate with certification bodies accredited by organisations such as DAkkS, UKAS and ANAB.
