ISO Consulting Costs: plan realistically

ISO consulting costs depend on standard, company size, documentation maturity, internal contribution and audit pressure. Good planning makes effort, risks and funding options transparent.

  • Effort
  • Internal work
  • Audit pressure
  • Funding

Costs do not come only from consulting.

Starting point: For a company with up to 10 employees, a clearly limited ISO consulting project starts from EUR 4,000 net. Certification body fees and internal effort are separate.

Besides consulting, internal time, documentation effort, trainings, internal audits, management review and certification body fees matter.

I help plan the consulting scope appropriately: as much support as needed, as little ballast as possible.

Cost planning for ISO consulting and certification

Narrow down costs sensibly

Instead of generic promises, you need a short, reliable assessment.

  1. Clarify goal and standard

Which certification or audit is targeted and by when it should be reached.

  2. Review starting point

Existing documents, processes and internal capacity are assessed realistically.

  3. Define consulting scope

The result is a proposal with phases, internal contribution, external support and optional funding.

Briefly describe your situation, the relevant standard and your timeline. You will receive a personal assessment and a concrete suggestion for the next step.

Frequently asked questions

Why is there no serious fixed price for every ISO project?

Because standard, company size, existing records, sites, complexity and internal contribution strongly influence effort.

Are certification fees included in consulting?

Usually not. Certification bodies bill their work separately. Consulting and certification should remain independent.
