ISO Gap Analysis: clarity before the audit
You receive an honest view of where your management system stands: which ISO requirements are already covered, where gaps remain and which next steps matter most.
- Document review
- Process check
- Action list
- Priorities
Know what is really missing.
Many ISO projects lose momentum because it is unclear whether documentation, processes and records are truly audit-ready. A gap analysis turns assumptions into a practical decision basis.
I review your existing management system against the relevant standard, classify risks and formulate concrete actions. Management and project teams then know which tasks need to be completed before the audit.

Frequently asked questions
How long does an ISO gap analysis take?
That depends on the standard, company size and documentation maturity. Many SMEs can start with a compact document review and workshop; complex systems need deeper review.
Is the gap analysis the same as an internal audit?
No. It can prepare an internal audit, but it does not automatically replace it. The gap analysis assesses implementation status; an internal audit also checks effectiveness and audit evidence.
